We installed solar panels to enable us to heat water by solar,
We installed a heat exchanger,
We installed new windows and insulation,
We added LED lights.

Some of this work required Steve to do some research which he was happy to do. When we had finished the heat efficiency of the home was at 87%, higher than most new homes.

Steve was the general contractor. He was pleasant to deal with, listened to our ideas and redirected us gently if he thought something we suggested was not practical. He assembled a wonderful team of subcontractors who worked well together. He finished the seven month project on time and on budget. We recommend him unconditionally.”
